I've sewn with terrycloth just once. What a mess! You are to be commended for taking on and sticking with this project, which, by the way, is coming out so nice!! I made a quilt for my grandson who is now 3 out of flannel and chenille. Never again! He loves it though and sleeps with it every night.

Brave, brave lady!! The outcome is looking gorgeous, though. Bet you won't be eager to try terrycloth again!

Congratulations.

This was/is a mess! It was hard to cut, hard to starch & press, & very time consuming just to reach the sewing stage. I had half of 'em done then I had a "duh" moment & started cutting off the edges before running it through the GO! They are sewing together better than I thought. They are a bit stretchy though.

I admire that you did this. I did a priest's stole years ago out of wash cloths. The priest washed the feet of the parishoners and dried them with wash cloths. I then made the stole from them. That fabric isn't the easiest to work with.
