I have been lucky enough to find a piece of fabric now and then but I was shaking when I discovered this for 2.99. Its Tenderberry stitches by Northcott.....I would guess 10 tp 15 yds :D

I thought I got a deal on Northcott fabrics this week, but you beat me!!!!!

I found a 3 metre remnent for $20.00, but if you buy 1 you get 2 free, so I found another 2 metre piece of Northcott for $14.00 and a third 2 metre piece of fabric for $600. So I paid $20.00 for all 3 a total of 7 metres.

Izy,

Who makes the rest of the fabrics? Yaks? Water buffaloes? Great Pyrenees Puppies?

Yes, I know what you mean. Natural versus Synthetic.

Funny, Natural fabrics are all the rage here in California.

Ruth...these fabric finds are few and far between...I have made a couple great deals but not as good as yours. Our St.VdP use to have pretty good deals but lately they are cutting the large fabric pieces in 2 yard pieces. Makes me sick.......I'd rather have 6 or 8 yards and cut it myself but then they are probably making a bit more $$ by cutting the large pieces into several smaller pieces.

I did find a great deal at Wal-Mart after Easter...Got cotton fabric in Easter colors...some with bunnies and eggs, some without for $ .50 per yard! I'm looking at 7 BOLTS of fabric that I got for little more than a song. I was thrilled and felt like I had stolen the fabric.
