Just finished the binding on this one. It is for the family who let mom, my sister, and I use their condo and van in Anchorage when mom had to do radiation for her cancer. They would not accept anything for it. People are so good. I noticed there were store bought quilts in the two bedrooms so... It has taken me sometime to do this quilt as a marriage was dissolved and I had to sell our home, buy my own home (yippee!), and move last summer. I had a good friend do the daisies and leaves quilting. I have enough fabric left to make 2 more. Maybe one for me???

Thank you quilt also called Summer Snowballs in Alaska

Love this quilt; better than a regular snowball. People in Alaska will love the bright colors.

Really lovely. Sounds like you've been through a lot. You have a good head on your shoulders to think of others at this time of your life. And I like your term of dissolving.

Oh I love that. What a wonderful thank you gift for some very wonderful people. Now as for all the leftovers - definitely make one for yourself and you can make the second for me!
