    Are these fabrics too busy to be in a D9patch together? I've sewn a few and, let's just say I'm used to being inside the box. I don't venture out of it. This may be why.

    I don't think they are too busy for a bright scrappy DP9

    I like the way they all go together except the pink one left, middle. Others IMHO play well together!

    If you want any organization to your D9P, you may want to keep in mind which ones will be cut or not, for the final results.

    Outside corner blocks stay full size.
    Outside blocks between the above, will be sliced in 1/2 for long and narrow.
    Inside centre block, will be 1/4 size, to make squares.

    Or perhaps you aren't worried, and are going for totally scrappy!!

    I'd go for it. If it's too busy when you lay it out, add plain sashing and possibly cornerstones. That's how I did mine.
