I have to agree with Brenda, it is to pretty to use.
I would have it on display, the needle work is beautiful.

Lovely Chicken Scratch for a special pin cushion. My Mom did Chicken Scratch on the front of a sun dress for me that I wore home from the hospital for my first son - 1966!! She also added smocking with it ---remember that?? :-)

Learned to do "Chicken Stratch" years ago when I was a child. My grandmother taught it to me (I was about 55 ), so it is not by any means a new stitch, a really OLD one ! ! !
