I have finished my dragon top . I have little experience of quilting except stitch-in-the-ditch.
I know lots of you do beautiful quilting. What do you suggest I do with this quilt top?
I have a little Gracie frame and am going for some lessons as I have had it ages and not really used it.
What would you suggest I do either with the frame or without?

I don't know how you would quilt it, but wanted to say how absolutely adorable it is.

Adorable quilt! Eveyone has different preferences, but if it were my quilt I would probably do a background fill and I wouldn't quilt on top of the dragons.

I was thinking the same thing. Just fill in the background of the dragons and then maybe in the borders you could do a simple braid.

What a happy little quilt! Great job!

I can't suggest how to quilt this, but I love how your dragons turned out.

Ditto..... Probably small stipple around the dragons and wider on the other areas. It does not need a lot of fancy quilting, it's so cute on it's own.

I agree with all of the above even tho I do hand quilting (but going to learn machine).
Your dragons are so adorable - I just love the quilt. Carol

I would outline the dragons, then just a simple background fill around them (stipple, echo...maybe flames?). The borders are the only available space for any decorative quilting, IMHO...but this quilt doesn't really need any additional "punch"...those blocks are outstanding! Oh, I would definitely SID around every block, and between the borders, too.
