Default Tigers are GRRRREEAAATTT!!

Saw this fabric for $3/yd on website and ordered 10 yards because have 6 grandkids and their school mascot is a tiger so figured it might come in handy. The three older girls run track and spring is a bit nippy so made these utilitarian quilts which hopefully they will use to keep from getting goosebumps and red legs. Hopefully they are cool enough to be considered for use.

First is 3-D quilt with fussy-cut centers. Second is warm wishes. Third is a combination of all and used "spare parts" from the fussy-cut. It is for my little one who is a free-spirit and so it hopefully will suit her personality. Go Tigers!

Wonderful quilts and to think their mascot is a tiger! The icing on the cake was $3.00 a yd. for the fabric. Everybody wins

Forgot to add that the backing is a cross between minky and fleece and it is tiger-stripes and it was $6/yd so figured I did pretty well. I had seen some that I really liked but it was $18/yd so I passed.
