thanks for the tote link...I will make it in the future. I live in Michigan and i'm planning a day trip to multiply quilt stores, but..I will be flying to Panama City Florida for a week so hopefully I can find some stores in around there.

So far have visited 3 shops for the row by row experience. So far the one from Marquette in the UP is the most beautiful. Others will have to go along ways to top it. It is a silhouette of the Macinaw bridge at sunrise or sunset with crystals on the cables holding the supports of the suspension pillars. Of course, I love the bridge. Sailed under it in 2002 at 1am with my family. Bridge was lit up red, white and blue lights. Every shop owner has been very friendly.

Lafpeaches, I have to agree - that Big Mac Bridge row is a beauty! I'd love to get my hands on that one. The Cheboygan shop has a bridge row too. You have some great "rows" in TC & nearby - Quilt-n-Bee has that cute sand castle scene; the shop in Interlochen has a block with birches and evergreens that calls my name!; and the bear's paw with trilliums row at Cousin's Quilt Shop in Bellaire is really cute. I think those are near you?? There are soooo many that I'd love to get, but know I can't make it all over the state. I've only made it to 3 shops so far. We're all having fun, aren't we? (BTW-Your sail under the bridge sounds magical!)
