Here is my completed Toucan wall quilt. It measures 12 x 14. I wanted to use the green print for the back, but I didn’t have enough so I used the branch fabric. The pattern is from: http://www.quiltpox.davisfamilycreat...e%20Toucan.pdf
I want to thank everyone for their input on the borders, binding etc.
I’m going to hang this in the computer room that is a tropical bird motif.
It will go next to the counted cross stitch I made & framed in 1987. I used to do counted cross stitch ALL the time, but no more.   With the severe arthritis in the base of both thumbs it’s nearly impossible. :( :( :( I always wear thumb braces.   Hand sewing, especially binding takes much longer, but I get the job done. :D :D :D
It’s on to the next project.......>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
