My son found this in a friend's Grandmother's garage. She had passed recently and he was helping to clean things out. His friend knows that I sew, so asked if I would want it. I love it. It needs repaired on one side. The part that holds the drawers on the left side is missing, so we are hoping to find someone local to restore it. We have all 6 drawers. The decorations appear to be carved into the wood. Here are some pictures.

Side where drawers go, notice the turned wood.

We were in Perth in 1984. Perth is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been in, but to get there was a nightmare. We drove from Melbourne via Adelaide, across the Nullarbor to Perth. We pulled a caravan in 40º weather.
Quite an experience.

I truly love art nouveau, it is gorgeous!
Be very careful with the pressed designs - and veneer that likes to pop off.

She's gorgeous!
