These are the beginning of a quilt.......posting give you that little nudge to keep going.............. also gives you a chance to look from a distance :D

Each petal or peel is on a 5 and a half sq......so it makes up into 10 in sq

I am doing machine applique, I use a bordens glue stick and put a piece of school paper on the back

I have not used stablizer. Maybe next time.......I am still learning . I have been quilting Two years next month..should buy fabric to celebrate :D

That is going to make one beautiful quilt, Ruth. I got my label made for my DIC and now to get the binding cut and sewn on. You girls keep me inspired to get things done. Thanks to all

ruth, love the blocks, your quilt is going to be amazing.
i just have a question about applique, are you using stabelizer behind the area that will be appliqued? i am thinking about doing an applique project but not too sure about the mechanics.
