Here are two trivets I made from Christmas panel fabrics. One I serged, one I sewed and turned. Both have a little decorative stitching.

Did you make them for heat protection? What did you use in the middle? They are really cute!

In the middle I put two layers of a tightly woven batting.........not insulbrite nor warm and natural. You could use whatever you would like.
