    What a wonderful idea. So often I'll purchase a book because I like one pattern in it. Once it's made, I never look at the book again. Your idea would make me relook at the other patterns. I like it, thanks for sharing.

    Your quilt is very pretty. It is very bold and makes a statement. That is a great idea on your books.

    I have passed on about 30 quilting books so far. I enjoyed them all at the time I bought them. But, now, I hope someone else will find them and snap them up and enjoy them as much as I did. (I usually just donate mine to the local library.) Or, there's this great little thrift store in my area that I just love to stop into. I donate a lot there too.

    Yes, I kept the book. I learned a lot about color placement.
    I think I would like to try another quilt, only larger, with mixed blocks, set on point.
