Thanks, burnsk, for asking about the tube tutorial. I tried it out today, and I love it!!! Even my hubby was amazed at how fast it is. I put these two together, and have enough tubes stitches to make enough blocks for 3 table runners. (C'mas is getting close. ;) )

first two blocks made from tubes...took me about 1/2 hour..and that included ironing the fabric first!!!

I tried it today also.. but I made mine a little smaller (1/2) than the tutorial directed.. great size for coasters...
The tutorial I saw was on the Missouri Star Quilt Company site.. it's awesome.. but it is good to have the right sized ruler.
