This is the dress my oldest daughter (she's modeling it) made out of crown royal bags. She seems to have Mom's sewing gene. :)

Wow, that's quite the creation! I like how the train part is gathered. She has quite a bit of sewing talent!

Totally awesome!! I was a bartender for many years and have a fair amount of RC bags. I must do something like this, did you cut them apart? Did you save the drawstring? http://cluttergutter.com

I have no idea how she went about making this dress. She designs alot of her own things.

Actually she is an Upholsterer. In Napa California. :) She is 5th generation.

She also designs drapes, valances and cornice boards. She does all her upholstery and drapery sewing on my old Pfaff 545 industrial machine. That machine is at least 40 yrs old.
