I've been busy making up casserole carriers. I've made up 5 samples and I'm going to take them to work and hopefully get orders. They are very simple to make. You make them from quilted placemats. They hold a 9x13 cake pan and the spoon holds them closed.

They are adorable. Where did you get the pattern or did you invent it? One of the quilt guilds I belong to has a covered dish at every meeting. Would you be willing to sell the pattern if it is your own design.

I assume you have an embroidery machine. I have a card that does similar patterns.

Great work. Good luck with sales.

Thanks everyone. I saw these on the sew forum. It is not my design. I just copied. :-) They are really easy to make you just embroidery on a placemat, sew into two button holes and sew it to another placemat. All of the designs that I used are free and most of them came from the sew forum. They even have the button holes ditigized on the forum. If you go to sew forum and do a search you will see many of these that the ladies have made.
