    two latest finishes

Have a baby shower on May 6th for an old friend's daughter. Made the simple squares for her with the cute primary color hands and some cute coordinating fabrics. The D4P is for my soon to be born second grandchild. My DDIL owns a daycare and I know she loves the hand fabric, so decided to use it for theirs too. Neither Mom knows what they are having, so I thought these bright colors would be fun. Did my own straight line quilting on these to save some time and $$$.Name: 20170420_100016.jpg

Use the hand fabric for the back on both.

Too cute. Both of them are very nice. These look like I'm able to copy. Thank you so much for sharing.

Very nice quilts. I love the bight colors and how you incorporated the solids to set off the handprint fabric. I also have that fabric so I thank you for the good ideas!

Oh, I love, love, LOVE these quilts! The bright colors make me smile, and I especially love the handprint fabric. My best friend is a first grade teacher and she made some curtains for her room using the kids handprints one year - similar concept as your fabric. She would love this! ~smile~
