My friend and I got together to make these one afternoon. Hers are the pastel squares--photos don't do it justice as squares are just beautiful.
I got mine sewn together and a border added-will be after Christmas b4 I finish.
Then I used 3 strips--cut 1 1/4" wide x 13" and one strip 2 3/4" x 13". I took these four squares and made a mouse pad for a co worker.

My friend's pastel tube squares

They came out great. I love paisley's, also. Definately have to try this soon.

Oh, I love these! Really love the paisleys! Also, like the idea of multi-strips for the tube. Want to try this soon. Thanks for the pm! I found it. Sent you a pm too! They both look great!! :thumbup:

I love all of them. I really like the middle one that you split the 2nd block and put it on either side. That looks awesome, thanks for sharing.

Hey thanks all--just going to post some mouse pads I did; one uses the brown/cream mini blocks.
