Default UFO # 7 scrappy top

Hello everyone, Just getting ready for the big storm here in PA. It was one year ago to the day that we went through the freak snow storm on the 29th of Oct. Every thing is ready for certain power outage.

This is UFO# 7. I actually started it a few weeks ago. here is the finished top. I decided to add sashing and corner stones to use up even more scraps.

Very interesting how much the cornerstones and sashing enhanced the design. It's very beautiful.

Lovely, the sashing and cornerstones may have been intended to use 'more scraps' but you took the design from okay to WOW! with them.

Oh, my, that sashing and cornerstones really set it off in a beautiful way. It was lovely before you added them, but now it is awesome. I want to make one...if you don't mind. You really have an eye for what takes a quilt design even further up the road to awesome. Great job!
