Default The Un-Baby quilt, definitely a community effort..

I really appreciate all the input I got from everyone on this board (and off ). As long as I thought of it as a baby sized quilt for my niece Kelly,.....it didn't hurt too much. I'd really rather someone ask for something specific rather than giving me a list of what they don't want..
I haven't quilted it yet but it's going to be pretty generic as there is too much going on. Might even tie it. Hopefully when those little eyes start focusing it will be fascinating.
I know if/when I ever have grandchildren, they are getting Bunny Hill quilts.
Special thanks to two of our board members, Jo M who sent me the fabulous Big Horn Sheep, and QuiltE who came over with some of her excess green material and provided me with the backing material. (My neighbour down the street almost took it home)
I've included pictures of both the front and the back, and on the label I embroidered "A little bit of Canada, hugs and kisses. Aunt Mary"

There are times that it is easier just to make and give, than to ask and then try to deliver. I like the addition of the sashing. You did a great job on the quilt and I am sure the little one will love all the animals and bright colours.

The small square animals will be like "I Spy". Great idea for a child!
