Her quilt is awesome. That is quite the undertaking for a 7 year old. She should be very proud of herself, and I know Grandma is proud, too. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice quilt. Especially super achievement for a 7 year old. She should be extra proud of herself.

Thanks to all the grandmas and great grandmas who ever taught us anything about sewing. My first experience was when I was about 4. My gr-grandma set me up in the middle of her feather bed and handed me some scraps and a needle and thread. I've been "addicted" to playing with fabric since then. I love material!!!

Your granddaughter's quilt is really cute. She did an excellent job!

What a great job! I love your quilt, Emily, and I know it will always be special because you made it with your grandmother. Take good care of it and I know it will keep you warm forever.

Proud of her you should be she's so sweet.
She's better at meeting her squares right on then I am sometimes.
That quilt looks perfect to me.

Both your DGD and her quilt are very pretty...but your DGD is the prettiest! Great work and congratulations!
