    Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I especially liked the prairie points suggested by tazzyjj and enjoymyquilting ... so here it is and i LOVE it ! I still don't know the name of the block though !

    In one of my block books, it's called Courthouse Square. Beautiful quilt!

    It is the Court house square. It looks to me like the table top for the game chess or checkers. I love it!! And a great idea for using stash!!! Thanks for posting!!! :thumbup: :thumbup:
