QOVs finished recently
#1
Hi
I'd like to share a few QOVs I machine quilted on my HQ Fusion/ProStitcher recently. The first is one I pieced from 2-1/2" RWB strips and quilted with QuiltRecipes.com "Stars and Loops" pattern.
The second is a top made by my fellow guild members from Schoolhouse Quilters of Shrewsbury, MA. The E2E quilt pattern is a free design called "Star Spangled Banner," which I had emailed to me from Wildflower Quilting at http://www.wildflowerquilting.com/pr...&categoryId=-1
The last one I finished this morning. The picture shows a few of the blocks and the border. I made my own designs, digitized especially for this quilt using Art 'n Stitch. I used Filtec's Glide #40 100% polyester thread in color 24525. It's called khaki, but it looks just like metallic gold. It is a joy to quilt with - no breaks, no lint, and it has such a nice shine to it.
Thanks for looking!
