Wanted to share a few pictures from our vacation on St. George Island FL - we drove down from Atlanta THROUGH Fay (after changing our flights to miss actually flying into the storm) and left the beach as Gustav was making his way south of the Island toward Louisiana!

Made for some wonderful boogie boarding waves!!

rain, rain and more rain (with wind!)

That rain looks nasty! Pretty picture of the sun peaking through the clouds. We drove through a storm like that a few years back when we went to Williamsburg. I definitly wouldn't want to do that again!

we had three hundred miles of it to get into SC
First three hundred from Penna was beautiful :-)
    I didn't take any pics
Didn't know we were headed into it. :?:
When we left here the week before Fay was to come that night.
It was slow at coming is how we ended up heading home in it.
Glad you ended up with some beautiful 8)
we all got home safe that is all that matters :-)
