Our guild is having a nutritionist come give a lecture in April. She normally charges a fee for her lectures, but is doing it pro bono for us. So, I made her the attached as a Thank You gift. It's from Quiltmaker Mag., May/June 2000.

Of course, not a one of our members needs advice or counsel on such things as weight control, but our program committee thought it might provide an interesting change   .

I LOVE it.
I have the magazine and always admired that pattern. Maybe one of these days I'll try it.

This is a fabulous quilt. Veggies are my favorite foods & this quilt captures their beautiful colors & shapes. My friend, this lady will be so surprised & I know she will enjoy her quilt. Have a feeling she'll display it on a wall, either in her house, or find an exhibit that she can put it in. Don't underestimate your work. Give yourself a pat on the back for making this for someone who you feel deserves it. it.
