My daughter picked the pattern - she found something she like on Flicker. Her wedding colors were dark red, dark orange and golden yellow. We asked everyone who was invited to the wedding or the showers to donate a fat quarter or 1/4 yd of fabric (to keep their expenses down). We got a wide variety as you can see. My daughter asked for a lap size quilt. I wish to thank my friend Dina in Texas who did the long arm work for me.

such a cute idea! I love all the names on the back. I am assuming that the names are people who donated the fabric.

Orange and fall colors are my favorite. I love it. I would say she stepped out of the box for requesting a wedding quilt that was not tradional. Love it.
