The wheelchair Veterns will be able to carry their wallet/book, etc .

wheelchair bags

oh - that helps the mental picture tremendously! wonder if you could do a snap or use velcro instead of ties (or do they all have ties that you have seen?)

most have had ties.... in this case the facility ask for no velcro... it does well initially but then gets hair, threads, dirt in it and then does not hold well....
The snaps would work... but u have to know what wheelchair u are fitting them to... not all wheelchair arms are made the same.

I would like to do this do most all VA's take donations? I guess I always worry they get bombarded with too much.
