Awesome job on this! I can just imagine trying to get this on the rack. I love the motif you used in the diamond.

Suebee -- I used MetroEmb Thread. It's an economical poly thread....in a zillion colors. It has a sheen to it. Check it out....www.metroemb.com

I was just catching up on 'looking' and found your quilt! I can't believe that some one would have put that in a garage sale for .25...even 20 years ago! I have been looking at your close up photos of the fabrics...what great fun to just sit and look! You did a really glorious job of quilting it. I hope the little lady that sewed the top is looking down and smiling that now her quilt is FINALLY done! Enjoy!

It is so beautiful, I cant imagine letting something like that go. Im sure they weren't aware of what a treasure it is. You have enhanced it and made it perfect. Enjoy!
