    Vivian sent this quit to Carl ( one of my teen age boys) for LAQ> This is actually is first commission job. YAY!

    She didn't want heavy quilting..and she didn't want him to stipple over the appliques. This is a lovely quilt. It's fun, cheery and bright!
    Carl is so happy to have his work....the boys talk about it all the time.... they haven't even gotten any guff from the "Manly" friends that know that quilt....which I think is GREAT!

    They were worried at first....

    Anyway..Great quilt...I am really proud of my boys.

    Thanks so much for supporting them Vivian!

    Carl quilted this on an 18 Innova. We used Hobbs polydown batting.

    I love the colors in this one. Simple but very cute, well applique isnt simple at least not for me! Great work both of you!
