My mother is headed out of town on a trip next week and she has recently started using a walker. She asked me to make her a bag for it. Here is a picture of the finished product. It is super basic. I will add some pockets and shorten the button tabs on the next one and maybe even piece it and make is a bit more fun. I have a step by step tutorial for making this in my quilt blog. Barb C

Very nice!! I saw one the other day on a lady's walker that was crocheted...it didn't appear to be holding up very well. It was pretty stretched out...yours is wayyyyy wayyyy nicer!!!

I had made a walker bag for my MIL, awhile back, But mine only buttoned at the top, so it would bunch in the middle of her walker. The buttons on the bottom is the perfect solution. Very Nice........

I like it, could also be used on a chair. It looks like a purse, perfect for going out in public, a bag with compartments is a home thing. I would carry it too'................just perfect :D :D :D :D

Make sure she doesn't put anything in it that is to heavy. I did the same thing for my Mother and it made it off balence.

I warned her about that when I put it on the walker. Hopefully she listened! Barb
