Oh that is so pretty, and just perfect. He will love it. My father is 81, and he chills very easy. It is getting cold here though, and I want to make him one, but since my mom died in 2012 dad uses the quilts she always made. I think it helps him feel she is there close to him. Thank you for sharing that, and I love the ties too.

I know he will love it. I don't always wrap up in a quilt to get physically warm, I sometimes wrap up to feel a hug.
