that is too cute!!! I let my 5 yr old son help me with sewing, but he just wants to make books. He seen me sew paper together to make a small scrapbook and he hasn't forgot. It's good to let them be creative and I bet he had a blast.

My 2 grandson's 7and 10 love to go to my sewing space and see all the neet stuff I have. They can really get creative.

Oh that is sooooo cute. I agree with the others, have him do a few more and applique them on a quilt. What a wonderful quilt that would be.
