Default The wedding quilt

Well the wedding has come and gone and the quilt was okay...not the reaction I was hoping for but it was well received. I posted here awhile ago on color selections for the ballerina quilt pattern I was going to make with blues and greens http://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f1...s-t275162.html

I did take out a few fabrics and ended up with this....thanks for looking

This quilt is beautiful! I love the colors and design and the quilting! I would think any couple would be happy to receive this for a wedding gift!

Sometimes newlyweds are so overwhelmed with the happenings that they stop reacting. It is later that they will realize what a gorgeous present this was and you may get even more heartfelt thanks in the future when things calm down. It is indeed a gorgeous, wonderful gift!

I think your final fabric selection looks great. Kind of reminds me of the different shades of water. Very calming quilt.
