Giving this away on Saturday to a neice for a wedding gift. Sorry to see it go, hope she likes it, takes care of it and doesn't use it for a dog blanket or something. I almost always tell people who I give quilts to, "If you don't like it, please give it back. It truly won't hurt my feelings!

It's called "Fireworks" and it's made from batiks. The colors are very rich, as you can see, but they do lose something in the photo.

Miss T that is just beautiful.

Would be great to see a few more shots - is the center gold? Looks like it was lots of work.

Lucky bride & groom.

The center is a pale blue/aqua. The pattern is called "fireworks."

Here is a closer shot of the center.

Here's one of one of the borders.

And here's one showing the quilt turned back with the label showing. Included on the label was name of quilt, who it's for, date (wedding) by whom and from whom.

It is absolutely gorgeous, and the quilting is great! Did you do it yourself? Do you have a long-arm machine?
