Default Western 3D Pinwheel Quilt

I am going to enter this in a Quilt Contest. I made it with a western theme since it is a Fair. I just have the Quilt top finish now I have to quilt it. When I finish quilting it all I will post front and back. Can hardly wait to get it finish.

Very nice. Do you quilt around the 3-d stuff? I did one with some 3-d elements and worried about not having enough quilting if I left them free.

You don't quilt the pinwheels you quilt the blocks. If you quilt the pinwheels you wouldn't have the 3D effect.
