I am now officially an empty nester. We moved my youngest daughter to her dorm today - 4 hours away :-( She told me at the bringing of August that she wanted a western themed quilt for her dorm room and pillow cases to match.....the race was on....but I was successful in completing the task. I was still sewing the binding and label on the drive to the university...talk about close calls. WHEW!!!!

The second picture is a quilt I started a week and a half ago...needed for this past Sunday for my dear MIL birthday...WHEW what a successful week.

Oh I like the quilts, but the one for your daughter is really nice. My daughters have all graduated and this year my youngest one bought a condo. She took several of my flannel quilts to her new house when she moved in. Never were returned because they were a little piece of home.
