I got this one all sandwiched and ready to go, but I'm not sure which color thread to quilt with. I have natural and a true blue... money's really tight right now, so can't go pick up another color. Which one do you all think would look best? The backing is the same as the outer border with a row of the tumblers going down the center...

All sandwiched...

Before it was sandwiched, but better picture...

I think the blue would add a nice accent, but if you prefer the quilting thread to blend into the backing, the natural would probably be better. Either one will work fine though. Nice quilt!

Take about 18" of each and lay across the quilt the one that blends the best is the winner. (I just learned this from my guild)

Whichever you use, this is a lovely quilt

Lay a length of each across your quilt top & see which one "talks" to you. I think either color would work, just depends on the effect you want. Natural = blend in, Blue = accent & stand out a bit.

I think it would lovely with the blue. I agree that the blue would stand out more and the natural would blend in, so it depends on what you're going for.

Cheers!

If you can't get some raspberry, I'd go with the blue
