    This is a baby quilt for a friend's little girl (Madison) born August 23. It is made from a layer cake of Meadow Friends by Deb Strain/Moda. I'm not good a t FMQing so I did a grid pattern. I added a scrappy border, which I really like. Oh and did you notice the quilt inspector is tuckered out in the background. Her work is done!!!

    Very pretty and the crosshatch quilting is perfect for this quilt. Good job! I'm sure it will be one of Madison's favorite.

    Great job, I believe cross hatching is harder than FMQ.
