I found this in my DM stuff, does anyone know what this is? I just cannot figure it out. Now, if you tell me and it is something so simple I will have to kick myyself in the BEEHIND! If you know, please tell me, othewise I may have to pitch it!

It looks like it might be some sort of plate holder, pattern holder, recipe holder or some such.

It looks intertwined....can you kind of expand it somehow from the bottom....that might give a better idea of it's purpose. I'm keeping watch on this....someone here will know what it is....

It's a picture frame. At one time there were two pieces of glass that you put the picture between. It sits on the slightly round part and the pieces of glass fits between the things that stick up.
