My 5 yo DGD was here one day. For a project she traced a heart template on fabric and then drew lines that I had plotted for her, by having her connect the blue dots using a ruler. Out came the box of scrap fabrics and we selected a group of fabrics that would play nice together. She cut the fabrics to fit the spaces, with a little assist from Gma. She then lightly glued the pieces down. Now it was grandma's turn!! She has not yet seen the final result. I am so excited for her to see it.

Yes, MissM, that is my design. Was planning to attempt FMQ on this one, but lost my nerve, when it was time to quilt it. Maybe the next project.... thank you for all the nice compliments.

I have a Pfaff 7570, that does all those wonderful stitches!! I am currently working on a very special label for it as well.
