    Default Why I Quilt

This picture if of my great-nephew who is eight months old and, IMHO, the cutest little guy in the entire state. The quilt was truly a work of love and while I tried many new techniques, some worked and some didn't; I was quite pleased with how it ultimately turned out. His dad told me he studied it for awhile, then took it and rubbed it again his cheek and then cuddled with it. So if anyone asks me why I have chosen quilting, all they have to do its look at this picture.

You nailed it! The quilt is wonderful, and it looks soft. Your grand-nephew obviously has excellent taste.

I won't challenge the fact that your great nephew is the cutest kid in Colorado, but only because my grandson lives in PA.
