I am having so much fun with this runner. Nowhere near perfect but man oh man am I ever getting in some good practice. Did you know that you can actually stop your machine while doing FMQ and turn the piece around instead of trying to stitch backwards and blind? You can do this anytime you wish. Who knew! LOL Oh, I am learning. Can't wait to finish and wash the quilt to get the ruffles and then post for you all to see ( unless it falls apart in the washing process). This is a sneak peak so far.

Thank you for being so kind. OK, here is a picture before putting the layers together.. I think I have added a few roses since then too. Now imagine it quilted (sort of) and all those roses frayed so nicely. Still lots of work left to do but my imagination is going overtime. Hope it turns out somewhat like I imagine! LOL It took me hours to figure out I could actually stop and turn the darn quilt around so that I could see where I was going. Duh!!!! I know, not to quick on the uptake! I am wanting to try and scallop the edges too. Why not try everything all at once. This can be my remember when quilt....

That would be a beautiful quilt for a little girl's "Princess" bedroom!! Really dainty and pretty.
