I used my Cricut Expression to cut out the tree branch and bird appliques. I am in the process of embroidering "Welcome Spring" as the caption for this mug rug....considering the weather went from 65 degrees last week to 45 degrees this week, I am hoping the caption finally comes true, LOL.

How did you cut your fabric with the Cricut? I have the Expression and have thought of using it but didn't know how to layer the fabric.
