    finishing up on the embroidery and wondering if I should embroider around the flower pedals,

    It would make them stand out more against the light background. But if you were going to do some dense quilting in the white, that would make the appliqué stand out as well.

    Yes I would go around the petals and maybe some french knots in the center. I really like your wallhanging !

    I was thinking about beading the center, there is a pattern on the fabric but from a distance it looks solid.
