Default WIP for Threadbanger

I am working on a charity quilt for Threadbanger. She has just begun to quilt and so I volunteered to quilt this charity top for her for just the cost of the batting and label. I hope she likes what I am doing.

My husband has Alzheimer's and has not been doing well lately, so I am behind with my quilting. I hate to hold up my customers, but hopefully things will settle down and I can get caught up.

Thanks for looking,

Judy

By the way, I quilt on a Sharon Schamber model Prodigy quilting machine.

Beautiful! I know how hard it is to care for someone with dementia...saying a prayer things settle down!

Well done! What thread are you using, including the weight - it looks heavier than a 50wt ... thinking perhaps 28wt? I'm curious, I like the result.

Best of luck with your husband. I admire people who can work with Alzheimer's patients, it takes a special person and I know I'm not that person. Bravo to you.

Thanks everyone. I will try to remember to post a picture of the whole quilt when I finish. The thread is Essential Pro from Connecting Threads. It is a 70/3 polyester thread. I think it just looks larger because the picture is so close up.
