Default The wished for snow came - and the mini top got pieced!

Well, maybe there was more snow than I'd hoped for. At least I could finally get the snow blower started by myself for the first time this season. It's really awful getting old. While I waited out the storm, I finished cutting up some little scraps and assembled this min piece of fun. The colors make you think I might be looking for more than a blue and white landscape! The scrap strips pictured are pieces that I found while sifting through the piles. I think they might work. Time for a fiesta! Individual blocks measure 3" square.

I grew up in Maine and oh, how I remember those storms we had! I do miss the beauty of white snow covering everything however. You all really got hit this year... Love your little quilt. Thanks for sharing.

Both are beautiful, but you can keep the snow. I'll take the quilt!

Oh I do like that and I love the snow, miss it. Maybe if I was snowed in I would get more sewing done, lol.
