    Neat old machine and I like that you framed pictures of previous owners, it gives it history.

    I know this post is several years old, but for the record I thought I would correct this misnomer. Singer did not make anything but Singers. They never made machines to be badged by other company names. Every Singer made was called a Singer, maybe with the exception of the Spartan, but everyone knows that a Spartan is a Singer name.

    Wizards were made in Japan, and not by Singer Co. They are great machines, tho.

    I have this exact machine. My mother purchased it in the 50's but I do not have the manual. Would love to find a copy of the manual. The only number I can find on the machine is stamped in the metal on the underside 86415 and I have not found this model listed anywhere on the internet at sites that have old Wizard manuals. Any help would be appreciated. I realize that a few years have passed since you posted this but I am just now starting my search! Thanks
