Here are 2 pictures of a quilt I finished yesterday. Because of its size, I had to take it to the quilt shop this morning, and 2 of ladies held it up sideways so I could get pictures. This quilt is called Women of Influence and is a tribute to 12 ladies very involved in the Suffrage Movement. I wrote up a Word document telling who each block was named for and their contribution. I took this document to a tee shirt/sports shop and they transferred it to my fabric making it permanent. I don't think the quilt will ever be washed, but I wanted a permanent label with the tribute. I'm having the same kind of label made for my Across The Wide Missouri quilt also.
