it wasn't thrown away- it was donated to a charitable organization- and sometimes people make wonderful quilts just for that purpose. it is adorable and now sounds as if it is going home with someone who will appreciate it- that is always nice.

That's a wonderful little quilt. It looks like a lot of work went into it. I just wonder why someone would not want to keep it.

Very cute quilt that had a lot of time put into it. Maybe it was used as a wall hanging. Can't believe whoever it was made for didn't keep it.

That is so precious! I can't imagine anyone discarding it like that. So glad it found a good home.

Thank you for rescuing it, I think it's such a shame when these lovely works of art and love are discarded like this, and it is so pretty.

I"m so glad you rescued it. it's lovely. Not too long ago I gave away some quilts I'd made to charity. I just wasn't in love with them and thought someone else would like to have them. hope so anyway.
