Yes we are lucky. Mine is unique in that mine was the last grandchild's finished. My grandfather had a sever stroke and my grandmother couldn't get out to get more thread so my ecru (background) is two different shades in places, which makes me love it even more. I was in the third grade when the first stroke occurred so it was probably finished in either 1960 or 1961. My mother never let me use it, so it's never been used or washed and good as new. Please let the people you have treasures use them, my boys won't ever appreciate these treasures since they were hidden away
